Sales Manager

- Gather leads, experience in recruiting sales people.- Train, develop and motivates a sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets- Supervise the sales team to ensure adherence to the working plan- Coaches, trains and develops subordinates to meet job requirements- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, in any field- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in managing and recruitment the related field is required for this position- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Sales- Financial services (insurance, unit trust, etc)- 2-3 years of experience in managing a Sales Team- Success in hitting Sales targets- Should have expertise in “recruitment”- People skills are highly recommended- High engagement in social media- Digital savvy
