It Staff | Technical Support

Job Description:
Does routine computer hardware maintenance tasks; Troubleshoots and repairs computer, peripherals and other network issues; Assists in technical support services to all departments; Maintain an inventory of network hardware and other components; In-charge in installation and configuration of computer systems; Handles configuration of work station for on-boarding and exiting employees; Diagnoses and provides solution on hardware and software errors; Performs Preventive Maintenance of all computer systems based on schedule; Custodian of computers, work stations and peripherals; Performs email account creation and deletion based on approval; If needed, act as support to customer service in addressing concerns of business partners and/or clients; Performs other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
College Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology. 1 year hands-on experience in advertising company is a BIG Plus. Strong analytical and planning skills Excellent problem-solving skills in computers and networks
