Job Description:
Assures competitiveness in the seven core P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Packaging, Positioning, People) by analyzing research data to create and execute effective, creative campaigns Finds effective strategies to look for and secure prospective clients Manages, sells and promotes inventories of the company Oversees and manages sales and network management Plans, supervises and evaluates income-generating activities Provides information to the management for formulation and improvement of Marketing Strategies Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage With at least three (3) years sales experience particularly with High Rise Condominiums Experience in creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities is an advantage; Must be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge on SAP is an advantage. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
