Job Description:
Effectively research existing clients & sales funnel development, tracking, and reporting on a periodic basis, as required. Demonstrate products and services to potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Achieve maximum outlet acquisition led growth within an assigned Territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and services. Exceed volume sales & performance-based goals while working independently Analyze the customer health and requirements and suggest tools to improve their business Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings and sell to restaurants in Manila Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing and payment collection. Effectively communicate functional details and client requirements to operations teams. Regularly update about any change in the operational processes and also ensure to get update about any process change from client end. Be the local market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management. Ownership of reports on cloud based platforms and possesses analytical skills to do forward sales planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant sales experience. Relevant sales experience in POS/Partnerships/F&B focus is a bonus! Proven track record in delivering sales objectives as individual and team in the given geography for over 6 years Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently. Should have excellent knowledge of the local market including culture, language and business skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Local language Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task. Ability to travel extensively within the city. Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams. Very high ethical standards. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task. Very high ethical standards. Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible work hours.
