You step into our IT delivery area, Digital Customer Excellence, where we develop IT solutions in close collaboration with our Group Marketing and Sales and Group Service organization. We strive to deliver world class IT solutions that supports Grundfos Digital presence making sure our customer needs are in line with our IT strategies. Despite being based in several global locations, we have an established team spirit and a flat hierarchy where we empower each other and share our knowledge, Ren explains.What is the job about?This job is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain accounting for ~60 % of Grundfos annual revenue. We organize into individual SCRUM (Product) teams where Grundfos empowers the team to decide innovation and maintenance of a number of products, together with a dedicated SCRUM Master and a Product Owner. The product team is empowered to evaluate best distribution of tasks to be done, lifting that responsibility.
This job position is inside the Catalogue team, who strive to improve the lives of our internal users, specifically showcasing our products. We work in a busy but fun and very collaborative environment with a strong focus on teamwork and good colleagues.
Here you will be having the role of an IT Business consultant which traditionally means communicating with Product Owner and user communities to build business knowledge, translate needs into technical requirements, encourage technical clarification, coordinate between stakeholders such as other teams and contribute to deliver quality solutions to market. Aligning expectations with stakeholders through scope and risk balancing in mind are key elements in this which you will bring in collaboration with your teammates. Depending on your profile, you might also onboard other tasks, like participating in communities of good praxis sharing.
Some travel activities will be expected, 1-2 business trips per year.What do you need to apply?Preferably, you have a university degree, which focuses on bridging the gap between technical considerations and business needs or you have practical experience with the same focus.
In our team, you will have the role of an IT business consultant and your main areas of responsibility will be, in which disciplines you are expected to have some years of experience:Business requirements: You hold IT business requirements analysis skills. You understand business requirements and you have the have the ability to translate technical complexity into easily understandable user stories and test cases and/or scenarios.
Communication: Good communication and presentation/demo skills in English.
Documentation: Experience in eloquently documenting everything from user stories to technical complex requirements. Understand Unified Modelling Language or similar, mock-ups and wireframes.
Co-ordination: Create overviews and communicate and align expectations with other teams, operations and business owners.
Collaboration: Youll be collaborating within our team, with Product Owners across teams and the organization (e.g. in cross-functional Communities of Practice).Not a must but an advantage:
Familiar with SCRUM framework
Familiar with concepts of SAP ERP, CRM and Product Information Management,
Familiar with software architecture
Basic understanding of software development
