JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take on inbound enquiries regarding individuals considering lodging in the hotel room or holiday resort.
• Support visitors get the ideal types of hotels to suit their preferences, recommending various offers or features which the facility offers
• Call up prospects to help remind them regarding their coming booking and to explain to them if anything in relation to their booking has changed.
• Organise traveling for business and vacation customers
• Identify customers’ requirements and personal preferences, like activities and costs
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 18 years old
• With good to excellent English communications skills
• High School Graduate with BPO EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• College Graduates/Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
