Customer And Sales Coordinator

Role
Effectively answer customer enquiries and troubleshoot issues in an accurate, timely manner.
Triage requests and identify when to escalate to specialist support, client services or development teams.
Provide customer feedback to product and client service teams.
Assist in documentation and support materials to empower customers to serve themselves.

Qualification
Previous experience in customer support is highly appreciate.
Passionate about customer support and how it contributes to the overall customer experience; can empathise with the customer to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS.
Comfortable working both independently and part of a team.
Willing and eager to learn about technologies used in the industry, particularly web analytics.
Willing to work in a shiftinng schedule (mid and night).
Willing to work at Taguig BGC.
Willing to undergo a three way process - initial, client interview and panel client interview. Not one day hiring process.
