Description
To provide administrative and technical support for web applications primarily on content administration, report, patch, maintenance, documentation and other web related support.
Responsibilities
Project Execution
Scope and gather requirements for Service Desk tools for Development
Creates prototypes, mock-ups and wireframes
Follows set coding standards, code sharing and design guidelines of the team
Develops modules and functionalities
Reports own progress back to the project tracking toolProject Testing, Deployment and Quality Audit
Sets up UAT (informing participants, scheduling, gathering results).
Creates test cases to be used during UAT
Implements the necessary fix or improvement for web project testing resultsProject Support and Maintenance
Analyses, recommends and implement change requests
Troubleshoots major bugs/defects and assist in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time (advanced bug/defects: loss of data, server errors, logical errors, unexpected app behavior)
Responds to general inquiries and requests received and identify need for escalations
Create, develop and successfully implement tools based on defined requirements
Document how tool was developed and define support requirements to sustain the tool post go live
Metrics, Reporting and Analytics
• Analyze, generate, create dashboard and reports
Requirements
Education/ExperienceBachelor of Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field of study/equivalent experience
Job related experience: at least 1-year experience in web programming, support and administrationSkillsIntermediate knowledge on ASP.NET C#, MSSQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, REST API
Knowledge on the ff. is a plus o MVC architecture
SharePoint
JS Frameworks (Angular, React, Node, etc.)
CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap, Materialize, etc.)
VSTS and GIT source control
