Business Analyst

Job Description This highly specialized position has a variety of responsibilities to ensure operational efficacy and excellence for our clients. The successful candidate will understand revenue cycle management and billing, our client's business requirements and process management, then appropriately translate these concepts to assist IT in formulating advantageous technological functionalities.

PmaxGlobal clients have over five locations across the US, provide revenue cycle management and software services in the medical field, and provide business solutions to healthcare providers in a variety of specialties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate with external clients to collect and analyze business requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to transfer the same knowledge and deliver the client's functional requirements.
Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage to meet the client's business needs.
Provide proactive an analytics of operational processes to identify lost revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Provide client performance analytics to help clients understand areas of opportunity, and identify improvements to deter adverse trends.
Assist with monthly client meeting reports.
Manage client's change requests related to the project plan to meet agreed timelines
Provide adhoc analysis.
May act as system administrator for defined systems, handling user access, adding providers, and other administrative activities.
Help train staff and client on tools.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
