Report ToAssistant Manager Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end physical security matters, including but not limited to - ensuring company activities are carried out in a secure manner and possible risks are identified and proactively rectified, ensuring the security and safety of staff and the Company's fixed assets, investigates allegations of criminality in the workplace and ensures adherence of all staff to the Company's Security Policies and Procedures and consistently implements the same across the Organization. Designs, implements and manages general physical security implementation plans referencing on the direction and guidelines given by the Physical Security Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities Security Supervisor ? Operations, Training and Intelligence OfficerResponsible for the establishment of physical security controls (guard force management, security systems supervision(, auditing guidelines, physical security standards and procedures to provide consistent protection of physical assets and people throughout the Organization.Protection of Company Executives, VIP travelers (senior executives of the group and clients) while they are in the Country doing business with the Company.Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to the line Security Agency Officers on security policies and best practices. Identifies the level of exposure and then recommends and develops corrective/remediation plans as appropriate.Develops and implements security coordination program which includes developing a training program for all security coordinators / guarding services staff for his area of responsibility.Coordinates with contacts outside law enforcement agencies and networks within the industry for Intelligence information that may have an adverse impact to company operations.Develops tactical plans to address immediate business and key tasksMonitors the conduct of drill, and conducts frequent training inspections of Site Guard Force.Prioritizes team workload and effectively delegates responsibilities across assigned areas of responsibilityWorks closely with the Senior Security Supervisor on scheduled physical security risk assessments.1Perform such additional work as may be required by the COMPANY from time to time under the terms and conditions, and according to the directions, instructions and control, of the COMPANY.Security Supervisor/Administrative, Personnel and Investigation OfficerServes as staff support to the security leadership and assists in conducting investigations of significant threats and/or losses and or misappropriation of Company assets.Publishes orders, directives, or announcements as directed by the Physical Security Manager.Ensures an adequately staffed and trained security guard force and directs their day to activities.Ensures accuracy of billing of guarding services staff accruals.Develops, reviews and revises processes as appropriate to be more customer focused.Monitors and reviews the Daily Security Report and submits to the Physical Security Manager recommendationsDevelops/implements and monitors policies, procedures and security best practices to safeguard the Company's employees, assets, and proprietary information.Leads and coordinates security investigation and activities for his area of responsibilitiesAssist the Physical Security Manager in vendor QBR and audits guard training programs.Perform such additional work as may be required by the COMPANY from time to time under the terms and conditions, and according to the directions, instructions and control, of the COMPANY.
