Data Analyst

Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide leadership and internal customers accurate and timely reporting information, data collection and tools to identify trends, performance improvement opportunities and performance drivers Manipulates and reports all data types; including ACD, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Time-Keeping, HRIS, CRM, and Workforce Management. Supports the Continuous Improvement Champions by performing basic to intermediate statistical analysis to support bridge plans related to employee satisfaction, client/customer satisfaction, and financial performance Analysis includes correlation and regression, hypothesis testing, Pareto, histogram, and control charting. May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 - 2 years working experience as Data Analyst in a BPO set up Must knowledgeable to MS Office Good communication skill Willing to work on a shifting schedule. Can start ASAP
