Senior Specialist, Business Process

Job Description:
The job is necessary in the execution of Business Process Management Objectives and Initiatives, conformance to BPM standards, and driving continuous improvement in the business processes.


Primary responsible for the following:


Business Process Management (BPM) Business Process Analysis Business Process Modelling Business Process Improvement Project Management Change Management Minimum Qualifications:
Lean-Six Sigma black belt certified Possess an understanding of business process management (APQC), architecture and its integration to technology and/or applications Possess familiarity on power industry business objectives and operations, basic financial concepts, and customer experience and touchpoints Possess an understanding of process and data applications such as BPMN, Archimate, ORM Possess an understanding of Project Management methodologies (i.e. PMBOK, Prince, Method123) Excellent communications and presentation skills and possess the ability to facilitate training
