What You'll Be Doing


Conduct training plans and training programs for all sales force Analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and and delivering courses Manage and evaluates the trainee for the effectiveness of training and individual employee growth Developing individual training program that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment. Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies Minimum Qualifications:

Has experience on training sales Computer literacy and keyboard skills Effective communication skills Formal training qualification is desirable Experience of communicating at all levels up to and including senior management
