Events Associate

Job Description:
Create pre-event project plans and post-event reports. Assists Project Manager in observing and implementing overall project timelines. Communicates plans and status of projects to the organization. Partners with internal product owners to articulate timelines and deliverables. Assist Pre, onsite, and post program logistics management Coordinate with partners such as sponsors and media partners in fulfilling the value exchange set forth in contracts Represents Future Proof PH in meetings with event partners Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate should be passionate, has an eye for detail, and extremely organized Ability to prioritize workload and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can coordinate and communicate well with external partners Excellent problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete time-sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
