Accounts Receivable Officer

Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable role ensures The Entourage runs a successful and profitable business by ensuring all outstanding payments are collected, interacting with customers and external agencies on a daily basis.


This role reports to the Business Accountant.


Daily Responsibilities: Cash Collection for members Reconciling money received in Xero Bulk uploading invoices Working through cancelation and hold requests Auditing on missing payments Preparing reports for debt collection Maintaining proper records Answering inbound phone calls Managing and responding to customer questions
Minimum Qualifications:
Good conversational skills with the ability to be polite, friendly, and firm High attention to detail Intermediate Excel skills strong analytical and problem-solving skills positive work ethic and willingness to learn experienced in having tough conversations
