Pre-Settlement Officer

Job Description:
Loans Settlements Ensure all relevant documents are issued to customers Follow up documentation with customers to ensure settlements happen on time Coordinates settlement with solicitor and funders Liaise with relevant Solicitors, Customers, Valuers and other respective parties to the process to ensure processing systems have complied with effectively Maintain monitoring Systems, Databases and Customer files Respond to Customer requests in a timely and efficient manner Clearly communicate with Approval Officer and Account Managers on the status of settlements Administration To complete the general administrative functions by ensuring valuations and mortgage insurance is still within a three-month time frame. Follow through loan approvals to pre-settlement and ensure loan conditions are met. Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent English language skills both verbal and written Must possess excellent telephone manner Must possess a "can do " attitude Self-motivated, possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance or related fields At least three (3) years working experience in the related field is required Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
