This company helps VIP and high-end guests to arrange tours, hotel bookings, theater tickets, concert tickets, restaurant reservations, etc. They cater to unlimited customer request around the globe.REQUIREMENTS:Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities located here in the Philippines who has Permanent VisaExcellent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and EnglishOpen for Bachelor’s Degree/ Undergraduates/Senior High graduatesWith atleast 6 months BPO experienceWith at least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or any industry is an advantageKnowledgeable in computer applications/ Microsoft and Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist VIP clients through email, chats and call for booking flights, jet, concerts.Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.Build sustainable relationship with the clients.Handle all calls of the VIP Native Mandarin.Responsible in delivering efficient and effective services.
