Primary Responsibilities:
Create and support recruitment marketing strategy campaigns through various platforms - social media, employer branding events, career fairs, etc.
Create and assist in drawing up a full cycle content calendar for branding and recruiting.
Attend branding and recruiting events.
Analyze and report ROI for account specific recruitment marketing spend, as well as tracking.
Assist in the design, development and execution of strategies and framework for digital talent marketing and ensure consistency across all recruiting channels.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any course related to Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Arts, Organizational Communication, etc.
Must have at least two (2) years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Talent Attraction.
Must be confident in public speaking, creating and reporting presentations.
Willing to work in Pasay city.
Can start immediately.
