What Will You Do Write and post technical job descriptions Source potential candidates Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to sourced candidates Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates’ abilities Process candidates in the recruitment pipeline (e.g. interviews, coding tests) Coordinate with tech leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs Onboard new hires and promote company’s reputation as a great place to work Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Minimum Qualifications:
Specific Requirements Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, online, face-to-face) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Solid knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian language Familiar with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Docs/Excel, KPIs and numbers You Will Be A Good Fit If You A HUSTLER, persistent, goal-oriented and growth mindset Analytical, problem solver, quick thinking and has a great time-management skills Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
