Cost Accounting Inventory Analyst

ResponsibilitiesCoordinates semi-annual physical count and regular cycle count of all inventory item together with the warehouse representative throughout the year. Prepares the inventory reconciliation worksheet and provide initial report to immediate superior about the extent of variances. Analyzes root-cause of inventory variances and establish reasonable turnaround time in resolving issues. Assist in the identification of inventory discrepancies, whenever necessary.
Handles bookkeeping function of the IN module, specifically recording of stock adjustments, stocks receipts due to returned goods or borrowed items, and cost adjustment.
Verifies physical existence of Demo Asset, Service Asset and Rental Asset.
Responsible in performing audit-related functions such as:
Accounts for the completeness of all inventory forms.
Submits exception reports for any missing or tampered documents; or instances of stock issuances beyond the standard work procedures.
Report the result of Demo asset, Service Asset and Rental Asset verification for review.

Requirements

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting.
Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Additional Information

Salary between PHP 12,000.00 and PHP 15,600.00
