Hr Officer

Job Description:
We need a dynamic, results-oriented and seasoned HR practitioner. With his/her experience in the field, he/she will partner with the Human Resource Manager in leading key HR initiatives and employee engagement programs. Hew/she will also oversee the recruitment and selection process, administration of the company 's pay and benefits package, maintenance of the HRIS and implementation of the company's policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any 4-year Management course With at least 3 years experience as HR Officer or other related function. With knowledge of various HR functions such as but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition, HRIS, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations With outstanding organizational and time management abilities With good communication and interpersonal skills.
