YOUR ROLE
Perform daily and monthly controlling tasks such as product costing (COPC), cost center accounting (CCA), service invoicing (CS), profit center accounting (PCA) and profitability analysis (COPA) in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement
Timely delivery of internal and external financial reporting for the assigned company code(s) in the region
Ensure quality and on-time delivery for all business requests and queries
Ensure timely submission of defined deliverables within the acceptable level of standards
Perform in accordance of department procedures, initiates and implement process improvement opportunities and ensure that procedures are consistent and compliant with the desired controlsYOUR SKILLS
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
With at least three (3) years of related work experience in General Accounting or Financial Controlling; Accounts Payable and Order to Cash experience may also be considered
Microsoft Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables) is required; SAP knowledge is preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work on a regular day shift (7:00am ~ 4:00pm) and one week every month on night shift (9:00pm ~ 6:00am) for month-end closing activitiesJOB ID: 1900060I
