PasigJob DescriptionTo work closely with the Head of HR in implementing the TA strategies of the business and add value to line managers and employees in delivering a day-to-day service covering talent acquisition.
The role will also be responsible in driving and managing a professional and comprehensive recruitment service. The TA Manager will undertake a proactive approach in delivering an effective recruitment service across the Group to meet current and future business needs.
The role will have line management responsibility in the development of the recruitment team and in ensuring the recruitment strategy is effectively designed, implemented and executed. The role also involves a number of activities that require proactive planning, support to improve the current internal processes within the team and playing a key role to ensure an efficient service is provided to all staff.
Key Responsibilities:Sourcing strong talent for our global teams across a broad portfolio of job searches;Partnering with management to anticipate upcoming staffing needs and proactively build pipelines against them;Raising market awareness of the Group and increase the overall pipeline of talent into the Company;Proactively establish and implement best practice recruitment methods across the GroupLeverage technology and maintain a recruitment database to strategically meet recruiting objectives;Build on and develop metrics to gauge the success of various recruiting strategies. This will include working to KPI’s and reporting on recruitment trends at Board level.Management of the recruitment budget.Develop, review and update effective recruitment processes and applications in line with specific employment legislation of the various regional offices.Manage and develop the team of HR Talent Acquisition officersAdvise department managers and staff on labour laws and regulationsDevelop a bank of job descriptions and employee specifications for all roles across the Group.Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agenciesExecute the most cost effective recruitment methods and drive down recruitment costs by promoting direct recruitment,Feed into and roll out recruitment and selection training for all panel members across the GroupSupport ongoing HR improvement projects, for example the introduction of a competency framework to support recruitment and performance management.
QualificationsBusiness related degree, or similar disciplineMinimum of 7 years in the role as well as Shared service experience, talent acquisition experience, preferably in the professional services sectorPrior experience of recruiting for a rapidly growing businessDemonstrated ability to drive recruitment through the use of creative sourcing and proactive recruiting strategies;Proven experience conducting management level interviews, negotiating offers and closing candidates;Previous experience of setting and working towards KPIs and talent acquisition targets.Additional InformationAt IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
