Facilities Management Officer

Job Description:
Works closely with Technical Manager to set objectives, targets, and strategies for assigned facility and ensure that these are consistent with established Company-wide goals Assist TSG-FM Head in preparing and monitoring Succession Plan for the unit Monitor implementation of all preventive maintenance activities. Identify frequent repairs and analyze causes to be able to recommend permanent solution to prevent recurrence. Ensure that all facilities complied with minimum safety standards and regulation. Periodically review technical related safety policies and recommend revision if necessary. Assist mall operations in all technical requirements for permits and licenses. Assist mall operations in all technical related inspection by authorities Assist Mall Operations in auditing all facilities required government and other regulatory permits and licenses. Assist Mall Operations in addressing all technical related violations to be brought up by government and regulatory representatives Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Licensed Mechanical or Electical Engineer Willing to be assigned at Eastwood City, Village Square Las Pinas or Alabang West
