Requirements:
• Local that can speak, read and write German
• Native German with permanent residency in the Philippines
• Open for High School and Undergraduate
• Customer Service background in a BPO Company is a big plus
• Experience working in event or Travel Agency is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for German speaking clients
• Provide excellent customers service experience to clients

• Attend to client’s preferences and assist them through ticket bookings, venue reservations and organizing events
• Prioritize the client’s preferences, goal, budget in order to build a plan for the event
• Coordinating with clients to discuss about the event
• Supervising the set up of the event
