Requirements:
• Local that can speak, read and write German
• Native German with permanent residency in the Philippines
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related course
• Medical experience is a big plus
• Knowledgeable in Software and other IT technology

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing technical assistance to internal and external users of IT Service
• Management tool of the company
• Prepare tool manuals and guidelines for end user and provide training
• Coordinate with other teams for system implementation and improvement
• Analyze problem to identify possible solution on technical errors
