Job Description:
Provides assistance to the Talent Manager in carrying out various administrative works as well as performing function of official representative of the artist to clients. Also ensures that the activities, needs and concerns of artist are properly handled.


Assists in the supervision of artist's master schedule Performs admin works - preparation of artist's consent forms, routing of memos, permits and other needed forms, reporting of official expenses and filing of artist's official documents Supervises artist's activities, needs and concerns Ensures physical and emotional well-being of the artist Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate (minimum) preferably from courses related to Mass Media Communication Good oral communication both in English and Filipino Good personal interaction skills Trustworthy Persevering and willing to work long hours Willing to make frequent official business travels Organizing and Planning Telephone Skills Relationship Management Time Management Events Management Public Relations (PR)
