Job Description:
Prepare & provide reporting for Performance and Service Monitoring Prepare & provide Dashboard and Alerting for Performance and Service Monitoring Periodic Performance & Service Monitoring and provide improvement recommendation inside and outside department including provide special report for management Handling data analytic which compare data from OSS vs MyCom, checking feeding data, anomaly data (PMR, WPC & Project data) Develop Performance & Service Monitoring tools includes receiving the request for automation; create blue print; prepare data source, build scripting, database, dashboard, KPI threshold, Cronjob, etc; the output to various system such via email, telegram, etc; and receiving feedback from customer for next improvement Manage as administrator (O&M) for Fault Management server Escalate and coordinate problem with related function Perform regular O&M PSM Application, Database and Server Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of working experiences in Cellular Technology, Data Analytics and Develop Automation system Preferable know and able to operate RAN NMS tools (Netact, U2000, ENIQ) Preferable know and able to operate Supporting tools such as Niometric, MyCom Good knowledge in RAN and Transport system Good knowledge and have experience in PHP, MySQL, JS, HTML, CSS Good knowledge in end to end technical view (Network & Service) Preferable proficient in English both spoken and written
