Company Profile: The company is a multinational and world’s largest supplier of automotive and airline components measured by 2011 revenues.

Position: Korean Automotive Account Associate
Industry: BPO
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: P 70,000- P 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting

*Emergency line which receives around 2 calls per day

Requirements:
• Korean National living in the Philippines
• Can speak English
• College Level or bachelor's Degree Holder
• Customer Service Background, related to Automotive is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
• Management of Korean concerns through phone calls, chat, and email
• Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and issues for automotive account
• Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly

2. Initial Interview with Filipino HR
