Position: Japanese Team Leader
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: P80,000- P110,000 Gross

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Fluent English skills
• Graduates, Undergraduates or High School graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 1 year experience as Team Lead in BPO setup
• Preferably with people management skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
• Communicates program and company information
• Mentoring Team Leaders, Sales Coach and OIC’s through formal channels.
• Conducts regular evaluation as well as coaching sessions improve individual and team performance.
• Responsible in tracking, updating, and maintaining accurate performance reports and scorecards of agents and teams.
