Aircon Technician / Maintenance Staff Job Description The function of an air-conditioning technician is to work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping department. The air conditioning technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment and facilities, including air conditioning systems and units, water-cooling systems, and refrigerators within client’s own facilities, including those that operate all day long.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year in experience on Aircon and Ref servicing / Industrial Electrical activities
Flexible in working hours and duty
Able to interpret and read motor control / wiring diagram
NC2/NC3 in Electrical installation or Electrical Engineering is an advantage
Know the principles of air-conditioning unit repair and maintenance, including controls, MSDS sheets, safety practices and procedures and tools used
Be able to read and interpret building regulations and codes implemented by city, state and federal government agencies pertaining to installing air-conditioning units
Not more than 40 years old
