Inventory Clerk

Job Description:
Proposes monthly physical count schedules for retail stores and consigned/dealers stores to Audit Supervisor E-maoils consignment stores for approval of schedule for inventory audit prepares master files of items through NAV (accounting system) before inventory audit Conducts actual physical count inventory to retail stores upon Retail Area Manager's Approval Scans entire items of stores including items for service, for pull-out etc. Checks petty cash balance per retail store Conducts cycle count inventory for provincial store/s through email Conducts quarterly actual physical count for warehouse, service, for pull-out, etc. Performs weekly monitoring of items for consignment and demo presentation Checks related documents on NAV (accounting system) Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course With at least one (1) year of related experience in Inventory Audit porcedure Application of Knowledge in Inventory Auditing procedure Profeciency in various spreadsheet applications Professional Conduct - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Accuracy - Keen attention details Effective correspondence - Ability well through various mediums
