General Accountant

Job Description:
Prepare journal accounting entries for Journal Voucher of Elite and other HOAs; Prepare and analyze ledger for all real and nominal accounts for Elite and other HOAs; Monthly reconciliation for other related party - developer's account and secure the supporting documents for all charges made accordingly (Elite and other HOAs); Prepare monthly lapsing schedules for all fixed assets and maintain copy of invoices (Elite and other HOAs); Prepare monthly and quarterly BIR compliance for Elite and other HOAs; Prepare Bank reconciliation for Elite and other HOAs; Maintain and update status of all cash advances and petty cash replenishment (Elite and other HOAs); Maintain filing system for JVs of ELITE and HOAs and secure that all JVs are properly signed by signatories; Assist for internal and external auditor’s requirements; Other task that might be assigned especially to support AP and AR team. Minimum Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required. Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Well-versed in Excel and with 40wpm typing speed. With knowledge in Accounting Software and in General/Financial Accounting background.
