Principal Duties: Processing of P.O. Placement of Orders with Supplier
Follow-up and Expediting of Orders
Update Business Units on P.O. Status, Costs
Follow-up Delivery Documents from Supplier
Follow-up Accounting on Payment of Accounts
Request Supplier Quotation
Coordination with Supplier on Minor Issues and Delivery Discrepancies
Encoding of Receiving Reports

No educational requirement. But Vocational or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is an advantage.
Preferably with 6 Months to 1 year experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory Management or equivalent.
