To source out qualified applicants through different job portals and job fairs.
To advertise and make public all job vacancies through job portals, social networking sites, job fairs, and by other means necessary.
To conduct initial interviews and exams to candidates to be endorse to clients
To coordinate with clients or principals regarding their updated manpower requirements, interview process and availability to accommodate technical and final interviews.
To endorse passed candidate to HR Admin and Operations for signing of contract and orientation.
Must be a graduate of Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
Preferably with 1-3 years working experience in Talent Acquisition.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
WithEXCELLENT VERBAL and WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
With extensive knowledge in different sourcing techniques and in wide variety of networks.
Proficient with the use of computer applications.
