O&M Account Senior Specialist

Reporting to the O&M Account Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the total procure to pay strategies, processes, and activities that will deliver a standardized low cost “Fit for Purpose” operational service to meet day-to-day needs.

Implements of procurement activities through utilization of Vendor Agreements and contracts within spend threshold;
Maintains linkages with other procurement departments and supports the execution of procurement activities that are aligned with the Supply Chain strategies and Organizational strategies; and

Facilitates and assists in procurement process improvement initiatives as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, and or other related fields, with advanced studies preferred.)
At least 3 to 5 years Procurement/Supply Chain experience preferably in the Power/Energy industry or from a large corporation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably with experience using SAP or other Procurement related systems/software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
