**Job Objectives**:
Responsible for providing quality Nursing care to patients and for ensuring the attainment of MyHealth's goals and targets in the most effective and efficient manner.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
1 Maintains accurate patient records, updates patient profiles and ensures confidentiality of files and information.
2.
Conducts patient history interview and takes vital signs of each patient.
3.
Assists with the care of patients who are for APE/PEME/ECU.
6.
Assists the front end and back end process of ACU team.
7.
Reminds the patient to answer feedback internet kiosk before leaving the clinic.
8.
Tabulates and requests inventory supplies needed by the department.
9.
Participate in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and programs
10.
Proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others
11.
Comply with Instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace
12.
Observe prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill
13.
Report to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace
14.
Accomplishes departmental goals by performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM - FIRST AIDER
1.
Give immediate temporary treatment in case of injury or illness, before the services of a physician becomes available.
If the case needs a physician the first aider shall immediately call or refer the injured to one.
2.
Participate in the maintenance of occupational safety and health programs as a member of the Safety Committee.
3.
Maintain medical services and facilities.

BS Nursing graduate Prepared
**Work Experience & Duration Requirements**
At least 6 months experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry is an advantage.
