Directly reports to Nurse Supervisor/Nurse Assistant Supervisor

Any essential information r/t medical management

2.
Take patient's Vital signs and recoding it

3.
Facilitate hospital bills payment

a.
Check payment and receiving of pending hospital bills

4.
Do patient hospital visit and send patient update accordingly

a.
Via messenger, viber, call and text.
5.
Clean and sanitize medical equipment's

a.
Cleaning of used medical equipments after use

b.
Monthly replacement of cidex

6.
Assist to patient referral and discharge whenever needed.
a.
Patient referral to hospital.
b.
Discharge of patient from hospital

7.
Encode medicine log sheet to Clinic Excel files

8.
Do monthly inventory of supplies and medicines, report to ERP key person

9.
Accommodate assigned task all the time by the superior.
