Job Description:
Manages the day to day activities and transaction of company clinic within the Nursing principles and practices with the objective of providing medical services and assistance to al TMs and ensuring full implementation of all health and wellness programs of the company. Provides nursing services to TMs who become ill or suffer an accident. Assists in the administration and implementation of company's health and wellness programs and provides health education information to TMs. Assists in the Audit/Inspection of health and sanitation standards of company facilities. Dispenses standard drug and medicines such as Aspirin and cough or cold tablets, regers contagious diseases or serious injuries to physician. Administers the replenishment of medicines and other clinic supplies including First Aid Kits, etc. Maintains medical records such as check-ups/consultations, pre-employment, annual physical examinations and other important health documents. Prepares TM Philhealth Certificate and claim form. Assists in the preparation of all request related to medical examinations such as drug testing, pre employment test, etc. Assists in the endorsement of TMs Accident, Sickness, and Maternity Reimbursement to Compensation and Benefits Specialists. Minimum Qualifications:
