PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for the introduction of all new products & developing new process to expand company's service capability taking into account material, manpower, processes, equipment and capital requirements and for conducting technical evaluation and study on projects covering design improvement and cost reduction scheme.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of any Engineering Courses: BS Industrial Engineering and/or BS Mechanical Engineering an Advantage.
-With at least 2 years working experience in the field of NPI
-Familiar with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
-Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes
-Knowledge in basic AutoCAD an advantage
