Position: Japanese Support Help Desk
Salary: P 60,000 - P80,000

Financial Company assisting their internal employees. A 45 year old company located in Taguig and Headquartered in US. This company is the leading Financial Company in the Philippines. They have offices in Japan, Hong kong, China, Australia and South Korea.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Filipino who can speak read, write Japanese
• With Good Communication Skills in English
• JLPT N1, N2 N3 (Certificate is not required)
• With Customer Service Experience
• Bachelor’s degree holder
Responsibilities:
• Accept incoming client calls, redirect client calls to appropriate support groups for resolution
• Identify and set client expectation for follow-up during the initial client call
• Manage multiple incoming issues regarding the client concern
• Communicate with other departments to ensure resolution to client issue or query
• Maintain an continuous focus on meeting the needs/requests of our clients;
• Response to client inquiries timely and accurately
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
