JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Will be working for a question-and-answer platform where questions are asked, answered, edited and organized by its community of user
· Will be moderating contents based on given guidelines using both English and other assigned language
· Will be working in a fast-paced Web environment with Web-based tools

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian business languages
· Preferably with at least six (6) months BPO experience (preferably in a customer service program)
· Able to read fast without missing important details and demonstrates high attention to details
· Inquisitive personality with good analytical skills and a critical thinker
· Willing to work in Makati, Philippines (Manila)
