Bolton International is looking for **NOC Technical Team Leaders** with supervisory and systems monitoring experience.
**What you will do**:

- Be familiar with dashboarding and alerting systems
- Monitor global systems
- Interact with stakeholders and engage with Infrastructure Teams in the US (Tier 2 and up)
- Perform triaging
- Conduct ticket management, documentation and handover processes, and knowledge base maintenance

**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- With systems monitoring experience
- Proficient in using SolarWinds, Remedy, or similar tools
- Knows how to use ServiceDesk
- Skilled in using ticketing tools such as SNOW
- Amenable to work in **QC-SM North EDSA** site

**Good to haves**:

- Experience in VMware.
Citrix XenApp, AWS, Powershell, Wintel (Windows), Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Php80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
