**Key Accountabilities **
Ensures the timely delivery of assignment deliverables within the agreed budget and to quality standards.
Works with clients to identify issues and potential solutions across business, technology, organization, people and process.
Works within broad assignment guidelines but liaises closely with senior colleagues to discuss possible problems & conflicts.
Seeks guidance periodically on appropriate methods of executing the plan.
Provides consultancy based advice and guidance to clients both internally and externally on business and technology areas expertise.
Contributes to bid and proposals with presentations and preparation of documentation.
Alert to opportunities for follow-on business, extends own and identifies new business opportunities for Fujitsu.
Maintains relationships both internally and externally with middle management.
Works with a low level of supervision, successfully executes a number of small to medium assignments of low to moderate complexity.
These assignments involved working with junior to middle management in client organizations.
Consulting expertise is recognized within projects for specific clients.
May be responsible for coaching or overseeing work from lower grade individuals.
Demonstrates political sensitivity in dealing with client and stakeholders in Fujitsu.
Typically has experience within a consultancy or equivalent environment.
Demonstrates a full understanding of the Fujitsu business model, capabilities and offerings.
Will have a comprehensive understanding of the organization's consulting models and methodologies.
**Responsibilities**:
*Translation between Japanese to English (and vice versa) of documents or commnunication, and act as Bridge SE between Japan and offshore.
*Coordinate with Japan counterpart, get training/acquire knowledge and echo to offshore team.
*Implementation and support of Japan projects.
*Attend meetings, take down minutes and do interpretations when necessary.
*Produce Japanese and/or English reports or documents as needed in the project.
*Provide full coordination of any technical or non-technical project activities and processes.
*Coordinate and help during client visits.
*Understand various tools, processes and security compliance matters related to the project.
*Provide technical/translation guidance and support to the team.
*Create or assign technical or translation specifications / project deliverables.
*Provide technical/translation estimates for development on all out of scope requests for evaluation by project management
*Lead a project and/or team of bilinguals
*Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor : a.
Business Development and/or Management
b. PMO - business or operational area
c. Quality Management
d. Administrative support
e. BPO-related support
f. or any other leadership responsibilities in areas where skills can be honed further

**Experience & Skills need**:
*Native
*Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
*Proficient in both English and Japanese communication (written and verbal)
*With strong interpretation and client coordination skills
*MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
*With Technical (Apps Dev't or Infra) background or knowledge is an advantage
*With leadership experience preferred
*Willing to be assigned out of the country both for short (less than a year) and long-term (at least 1 year) deployment as needed
