Leads and develops the overall business strategies and plans for assigned new business projects based on industry and market gaps, business models, and competitive intelligence.
Provides thought leadership and guidance in designing initial marketing mix & positioning premise.
Ensures that market test launch plans and strategies are implemented (i.e. promo, trade, penetration, display).
Oversees strategic promo initiative planning, organizing, and implementation ensuring that business/project objectives are met.
Leads the development of the revised/final marketing strategies, plans, and programs based on the test market results and launch/incubation.
Oversees and ensures the complete and proper turnover of files to the receiving team (either the existing team or if needed, a separate team).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related course.
Must have at least 3-5 years of related work experience
Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills.
Possesses problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
Networking aptitude with good customer service skills.
Has relevant experience working in FMCG, pharmaceutical (OTC), or marketing/management consulting, ideally with experience in food and beverage segments.
Has expertise in business development, brand & marketing management, sales, new product qualification, project management, research, trade activation, market sizing/forecasting
