**Responsibilities**:

- Manage global Network infrastructure Incident and Change Management Provide technical help to other areas such as Problem and Release Management Incident Management responsibilities include technical work on tickets, analysis of issues, participation in troubleshooting calls, restoring the operational state and then providing improvement ideas Change Management responsibilities include whole life cycle of change since the planning and preparation till the actual implementation at either CLI or GUI Participation on internal technical projects in NOC

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Design, Communications, Information Technology or similar field.
- At least 8-10 yrs in managing the network devices
- Should be ready to work in 24/7 environment Knowledge
- At least 8-10 Years or Experience in Routing Switching in both CISCO and Juniper Experience of Network Operation, technical documentation and change management process knowledge

**Salary**: Php42,000.00 - Php64,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Rotational shift
