**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and Manage the 2nd level Network and Firewall support team
- Coordinate with various departments to review and develop processes and policies
- Review and assess monitoring and trend analysis reports to identify growth, improvement/enhancement areas in the network, and problem areas affecting IT and business operations
- Collaborate with other IT Team Leads and participate in meetings
- Receive Network related escalations on/off shift
- Manage team schedules, workloads, projects and prioritize tasks as needed by the business
- Subject matter expert for Security firewalls: Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls is a must, preferable minimum of 5 years' experience.
Advantage with certification and training.
- Responding, resolving and troubleshooting 3rd level Support issues on all IT Network and Firewall areas
- Resolve issues escalated by the 2nd level support team
- Diagnose and rectify any problems with the network and firewalls and associated peripherals
- Maintain our firewalls and stay updated on any released security vulnerabilities and how they affect our network
- Maintain our Network Devices and stay updated on any released security vulnerabilities and how they affect our network
- Create and review changes based on requirements to our firewalls and implement them from the scratch
- Prepare relevant documentation to support, give input to the problem and knowledge processes based on daily work experience.
- Assign and help the team members to projects, work with project managers to ensure managed system changes/tasks are completed to meet business requirements
- Identify the opportunities to improve overall operational performance & saving costs.
- Adherence to MDIT, Group policies and compliance
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as per business needs
- Create and update SOPs for L2 and L1
- Update and maintain documentation
- Other tasks/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time.
**Technologies to support**:

- Working experience with Cisco, Palo Alto and Fortinet technologies: ACL, VPN, WAN (including network protocols DMVPN, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP & BGP, verify, assess and implementing changes
- Working experience with Cisco Nexus and Cisco ISE is an advantage
- Working experience with Cisco routers, switches, Prime, QOS, client-based VPN, & WLC
- Working experience with PAC scripts and Python for automation.
- Knowledge of Jet Nexus LBs is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (Visio, Outlook, Lync, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 OS and Windows server OS (from 2006 and up)
- Experience with Solar Winds is a strong advantage (NTA, NCM & NPM)
- (HyperV and VMware), Outlook 365, Windows Server 2012 and 2016 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and SolarWinds
- Lead and Manage the 2nd level Network and Firewall support team
