NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Network Adminstrator to join our team in Quezon, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH).
SCOPE OF WORK : PROJECT INTERGRATION ENGINEER
Kick off Meeting andl Project Requirement Attend kick off meeting set by the Project Manager to determine the scope of the project/initiative as far as network infrastructure is concern. Prepare and submit the following required documents to the assigned PM ;
Technical overview and design
Network Design Checklist,
Estimated Man-hour to complete the project
Timelines of network activities
Proposal from accredited Citi Vendors ( ex. Telco, cabling and network devices)
ProcurementRequest and review proposal from accredited Citi vendor/s and see if standard Citi pricing is applied. Ensure that the proposal is reviewed by the standard coordinator and the country procurement (CPS). Bill of Materials in the proposal is consistent with request based on Citi standard infrastructure design. On-site engineer will be given a user profile to use Citi standard procurement system called P2P to place orders, track/monitor approvals and release of PO to vendor. SCOPE OF WORK : BAU Support 1. Attend and resolved Incidents tickets and change request to fix the infrastructure issue.
2. Ensure SLA is met as agreed with the stake holders
3. Submit regular report on Daily Dashboard
