Performs a variety of monitoring, maintenance, evaluation and installation tasks to ensure ECPay’s network performance meets to deliver its products and services on a 24x7 basis.
Responsibilities: Attends to network design and configuration Supports monitoring, maintenance, and optimization Attends to problem diagnosis and resolution Monitor all application servers Repairs and facilitates replacement of defective PC/Laptop Safeguards NOC and LAN from unauthorized access Documents network issues and handle proper escalation Database and Log Backups maintenance/ Inventory Documentation Provides technical services support when needed Recommends specifications for Laptops and PC. Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor/College degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Good communication skills Experience in PC assembly and troubleshooting. Knowledgeable in LAN / Network Administration. At least 6 months to 1-year experience in Network Administration/or as a Technical Support CCNA is a plus but not required
