About the NetSuite ERP (Adaptive Insights) Role:Reporting to the manager in Australia, you will be part of the finance, planning, and analysis team and you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the forecasting system and processes of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and update the adaptive insights forecasting system
Migrate and transition financial plans and models from excel sheets to the adaptive insights forecasting system
Assist the finance team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, reporting results, and provide analytical reports and judgements
Work with analysts to import non-financial data into the adaptive insights system
Provide solutions for bugs and issues within the system
Manage change requests and customisations needed
Assist in the refining and enhancements of the models, dashboards, and analysis to understand the reports and company performance presented in the adaptive insights system
To succeed in this NetSuite ERP (Adaptive Insights) role, you must be keen working on a morning shift and in an Agile environment as you will be pioneering the team here in the Philippines, while working with global counterparts.
Key Requirements:
Five years' experience with multidimensional databases and financial planning systems
Solid background with administering adaptive insights system
Experience in financial accounting, reporting and/or processing in alignment to IT business systems
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
